Job Title: Account Manager Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Full-Time About Us We are a dynamic and rapidly growing designer, manufacturer, and supplier of packaging, supplies, and related products primarily servicing cafes, restaurants, and foodservice businesses. We focus on premium products and exceptional service that helps our clients run their operations more efficiently and work closely with them to help them grow their businesses. As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving growth in our market. Position Summary We're looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to manage key accounts, build relationships with new clients, and identify opportunities to grow revenue. You will act as the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction, solving issues, and uncovering ways to add value to their businesses. Key Responsibilities * Account Management : Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. * Sales Growth : Identify opportunities to upsell products, expand client orders, and onboard new accounts within our distribution areas. * Customer Support : Work with clients to understand their business needs, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products. * Market Insight : Stay informed on customer trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to proactively suggest new products or services. * Order Coordination : Partner with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. * Reporting : Track and report on account performance, sales goals, and opportunities for improvement. * Collaboration : Work with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in customer service.
