Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Present product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to clients - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions - Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales progress - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review Requirements: - Proven experience in construction sales or a similar role - Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Self-motivated with a strong drive for results - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience in account management, business development, or outside sales is preferred We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
