FULL TIME | SALARY + COMMISSION The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining personal relationships with customers to make them successful advocates of the vidREACH brand. We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and results-oriented individual who is laser-focused on building strong customer relationships. Every day you will be responsible for communicating with and educating our current customers to build a strong, satisfied, and passionate customer base. To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, customer needs, and have the ability to upsell. Skills * Ability to run a full customer lifecycle from start to finish * Build customer relationships, assist in customer sales cycles, and close customer deals * Work closely with Marketing and marketing campaigns to expand and add value to prospects and customers * Collaborative mentality * Must listen well, understand objections, and overcome them * Ability to expand customer accounts * Meeting and exceeding quota and revenue goals Experience * BS/BA degree * 2+ years of experience * Experience maintaining strategic customer relationships * Experience with web demos and product presentations to Director level and above * Proven track record of account expansion
