What You 'll Be Doing:

• Lead & Motivate a Sales Team: Manage a team of sales associates, helping them meet and exceed goals through coaching, support, and hands-on leadership.
• Strategic Sales Execution : Guide your team on lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques that align with Infinity's proven sales approach.
• Sales Development : Customize training, sales materials, and presentation strategies to fit different client needs and market conditions.
• Pipeline Management : Oversee pipelines, ensure timely follow-ups, and support the team with high-quality referrals and warm leads.

• Previous experience managing or leading sales teams--preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Organized, self-driven, and able to balance multiple priorities
