We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Professional to come work at our family owned and operated dealership. All interviews are confidential. Do you want to work in Retail Sales and have weekends off? We have it. One weekend every month. Do you want the best pay plan in the cities? We have it - 40% Commission Paid. Family-Owned and Operated since 1954. Responsibilities * Build long term customer relationships while assisting in vehicle selection by asking questions and strong listening skills a must * Be a professional and expert - know product offerings, package options, latest technology * Become a Ford-certified Product Specialist * Build rapport with customers * Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score of 95 or higher * Complete daily planners, follow up internet leads and unsold prospects * Report directly to Sales Management Team regarding daily responsibilities Qualifications * Available to work flexible hours and weekends * Enthusiastic and exceptional communication skills * Professional, well groomed personal appearance * Strong customer service skills * Ability to use computers and up to date technology * Clean driving record * Valid driver's license required * High School degree or equivalent required We Offer * Up to 40% Commission Paid * One weekend off every month * Medical and Dental * 401 k * Paid Vacation * Growth Opportunities * Accident and Critical Illness * Long-term Job Security Midway Ford is an equal opportunity employer.
