As an entry-level Wireless Account Manager, you will receive extensive training to excel in closing sales even if you lack sales experience. Wireless Account Manager Responsibilities: * Speak with potential customers face-to-face at their residences to discuss and promote Frontier's telecommunications services * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with the application process using patience and active listening * Participate in daily Wireless Account Manager meetings to review updated product knowledge and compliance regulations * Build and maintain strong relationships within the community to enhance Frontier brand awareness and trust * Attend quarterly client conferences and networking sessions (via Zoom and in-person) to improve in sales strategies and participate in team-building exercises * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Frontier's technical product or service knowledge to explain features to confidently explain features and answer customer questions * Set and track daily and weekly personal and team goals to drive performance and success Wireless Account Manager Requirements: * High School diploma or GED equivalent * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any industry-related degree is a plus but not required * 0-2+ years of experience in telecommunication sales, customer service, customer support or any customer-facing role is preferred * Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Cell phone reimbursement * Paid time off * Paid training * Professional development assistance * Travel reimbursement Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: On the road
