Now Hiring: Site Manager - Build Your Dream Team & Earn Big! With our recently launched Car Wash Club, membership sales are booming! Our Lawrenceville Express Car Wash is less than a year old and has room for thousands of new members--which means huge commission potential for a proactive site manager. With our 6 prime wash locations in the city of Pittsburgh, all within 10 min drive from each other, membership sales are a piece of pie (wash pass is valid at all 6 locations). As the Site Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an amazing customer experience every single day. We're looking for someone who's: -Punctual and detail-oriented -A natural leader who motivates and supports their team -Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions - Great at in-person sales and can inspire their team to reach ambitious sales goals Driver's license & personal vehicle are required - you may need to travel to nearby locations (within 5 miles). Responsibilities

: -Hire, train, and lead a team of 5-6 car wash attendants, turning them into top-tier sales and customer service pros, showing up to work on time. - Create efficient schedules and adapt to last-minute changes (some employees call off last minute). -Be a leader--motivate your team daily to sell memberships and deliver outstanding service. -Engage with customers at the car wash, ensuring 100% satisfaction and handling any concerns with patience. -Keep the site clean and well-maintained--make sure vacuums work, trash is taken out, and everything runs smoothly, on a daily basis. -Manage chemical inventory and control labor costs efficiently. -Sell wash memberships in person at the pay station, ensuring a high conversion rate.
