Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: * Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products * Provide product information and answer customer inquiries * Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor * Stock shelves and merchandise products * Assist with inventory management and replenishment * Meet or exceed sales goals and targets * Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance the customer's shopping experience * Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner * Create content for our social media platforms Qualifications: * Previous experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers preferred * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Knowledge of jewelry sales techniques is a plus * Strong cash handling skills * Must be fluent in English * Technical sales knowledge is an advantage We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
