Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized retail kiosk in a face-to-face sales environment. This role requires a passion for sales and a commitment to creating a positive shopping experience for all customers. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and store policies to enhance the customer experience. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing. * Maintain the sales floor by organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the kiosk. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Skills * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus. * Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell products and drive revenue. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers. * Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems. * Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. * Knowledge of retail sales techniques and best practices is beneficial.
