You are a team player who enjoys competition and winning. * What You 'll Do As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be responsible for helping Cratable achieve our new customer growth initiatives. You'll leverage your excellent communication skills, knowledge of the hospitality industry and solution selling skills to increase our customer base. We're looking for a new team member who has extensive sales experience within the SaaS and Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate would have great experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large deals. * Responsibilities: * Work with sales management to identify, prioritize and target specific hospitality prospects in your territory. * Manage the entire sales cycle from new prospect to close. * Target, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new customers using best-in-class sales processes. * Manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts. * Uncover pain points with the business impact that maps back to our solutions. * Utilize a systematic solution-based sales process & tech stack to ensure a new prospect becomes a Craftable customer. * Consistently exceed your monthly & quarterly sales targets * Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast. * Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Sales Success. 5+ year record of exceeding software sales quota. * Hospitality Experience. 5+ years of hospitality (restaurant, bars) experience. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written. * Success operating independently in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. * Ability to negotiate and solve customer business issues. * Ability to incorporate Craftable-specific solution-based sales processes. * Proficient with Hubspot. * Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to meet with prospects.
