Full description of the position
This is a full time sales leadership role that takes place at the market center with the sales team. Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing senior sales leader to drive growth, productivity, and expansion in one of our largest markets. This role is responsible for leading a top-tier sales team, executing strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling high-performing sales teams, excels in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and drives aggressive sales targets and market expansion. Key Responsibilities * Drive leadership excellence and agent success across multiple markets, ensuring strong sales performance, operational efficiency, and growth. * Recruit, select, and develop high-performing sales leaders to drive regional growth. * Create and execute sales strategies that exceed growth targets while managing market center operations. * Scale the region by identifying expansion opportunities, launching new market centers, increasing market share, and ensuring sustained growth. * Recruit, train, and lead a top-performing sales team, ensuring ongoing accountability and development. * Drive sales team success through coaching, KPI management, and consistent accountability sessions. * Identify and develop future leaders to support sustainable growth and reduce turnover. * Lead impactful sales meetings and training sessions to maintain focus and drive results. * Track performance metrics, provide key insights, and ensure strict adherence to company policies Qualifications * Proven sales leadership experience (10+ years), exceeding revenue and growth targets * History of leading and developing high-performing teams (Team size of 50+) * Strong leadership, communication, and strategic execution skills * Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics; license required * Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications * Demonstrated success in multi-unit sales leadership * Highly accountable with a passion for personal and professional growth Compensation Structure * Compensation breakdown: Base Salary + Bonus * Benefits: 401k after 6 months, Health Benefits after 30 days, PTO If you are a proven sales leader ready to take on a high-growth, high-impact role, we want to hear from you.
