Overview

: As a Sales Representative at Optim Marketing, Inc. , you will start at the entry level and undergo comprehensive training to develop your sales skills and product knowledge. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with potential customers, showcase our products/services, and close sales deals. We have a lucrative promotion plan in place, allowing high-performing individuals to advance into sales management roles. The pay for this position is uncapped and based on performance, offering you the opportunity to earn unlimited income based on your achievements.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with potential clients in person to understand their needs and present suitable product/service solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies
• Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and motivating work environment

Qualifications

:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
