Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented bilingual (English & Spanish) Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling in-home consultations for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in helping homeowners improve their properties by identifying their needs and connecting them with our expert consultants. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest. * Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our offerings. * Collaborate with sales team members to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to appointment setting. * Utilize CRM and other software tools to track interactions, manage leads, and update client information. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions. * Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to maximize appointment opportunities. * Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to assist in refining sales strategies. Requirements * Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in technical sales or telemarketing. * Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Experience with outbound calling techniques and strategies is preferred. * A keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs related to our industry is a plus. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
