Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented bilingual (English & Spanish) Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling in-home consultations for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in helping homeowners improve their properties by identifying their needs and connecting them with our expert consultants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
• Collaborate with sales team members to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to appointment setting.
• Utilize CRM and other software tools to track interactions, manage leads, and update client information.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to maximize appointment opportunities.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to assist in refining sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in technical sales or telemarketing.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Experience with outbound calling techniques and strategies is preferred.
• A keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs related to our industry is a plus.
