Job Title: Appointment Setter / Canvasser Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $400 weekly base pay + 3% commission on closed deals from your set appointments Location: Palm Beach, Broward & Miami-Dade Counties About the Hurricane Safety Program: The Hurricane Safety Program is a high-impact initiative helping Florida homeowners protect their homes by upgrading their roofs, windows, and doors with hurricane-rated improvements -- often with no upfront costs and no payments for up to 18 months , depending on qualification. We combine door-to-door outreach with a cutting-edge AI-powered conversion system to help our team dominate in the field. Role Overview: We're hiring driven and confident Appointment Setters / Canvassers to represent our program in local communities. You'll knock doors, explain the benefits of the program, and set appointments for our sales team -- you 're not selling or closing, just opening doors to opportunity. Top-performing candidates will be fast-tracked into a Hybrid Closer role with commissions up to 10% and additional career opportunities. What You 'll Be Doing: * Walk residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners * Educate homeowners on their options for hurricane-rated upgrades * Set appointments for free in-home safety assessments * Drop branded flyers and use tech tools to track your work * Communicate with the team and report your daily activity What We 're Looking For: * Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills * Willingness to work outdoors and knock doors daily * Self-motivated and coachable with a positive attitude * Professional appearance and punctuality * Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required What You 'll Get: * $400/week base pay - guaranteed * 3% commission on all deals closed from appointments you set * Field training and company-branded clothing & flyers * Targeted areas with active projects and high interest * Real growth path to sales roles and leadership positions Why Work with Us?
