: $400 weekly base pay + 3% commission on closed deals from your set appointments Location: Palm Beach, Broward & Miami-Dade Counties About the Hurricane Safety Program: The Hurricane Safety Program is a high-impact initiative helping Florida homeowners protect their homes by upgrading their roofs, windows, and doors with hurricane-rated improvements -- often with no upfront costs and no payments for up to 18 months , depending on qualification. We combine door-to-door outreach with a cutting-edge AI-powered conversion system to help our team dominate in the field. Overview

: We're hiring driven and confident Appointment Setters / Canvassers to represent our program in local communities. You'll knock doors, explain the benefits of the program, and set appointments for our sales team -- you 're not selling or closing, just opening doors to opportunity. Top-performing candidates will be fast-tracked into a Hybrid Closer role with commissions up to 10% and additional career opportunities. What You 'll Be Doing:

• Walk residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners
• Educate homeowners on their options for hurricane-rated upgrades
• Set appointments for free in-home safety assessments
• Drop branded flyers and use tech tools to track your work
• Communicate with the team and report your daily activity What We 're Looking For:
• Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and knock doors daily
• Self-motivated and coachable with a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required What You 'll Get:
