We are looking for an experienced and motivated Door to Door Sales Manager to oversee our field setters, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in successful door to door sales, and the ability to train and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Door to Door sales experience is a must. Key Responsibilities * Manage and lead a team of field setters to achieve sales goals. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs. * Monitor setter performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews. * Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align on company objectives. * Ensure setters adhere to company policies, scripts, and best practices. * Resolve escalated customer issues in the field as needed. * Recruit, onboard, and train new setters as required. Qualifications * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a field sales environment. * Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to meet or exceed sales targets. * Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. * Analytical mindset with experience using sales data to drive decisions. * Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed. * High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
