AWS/CES is seeking an Account Executive for an HVAC Service client in Davie, FL Location: Davie, FL Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire Salary Range: $90k-$130k DOE + Benefits Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a background in Temperature Control/Building Automation. The ideal candidate should bring at least 5 years of sales/account management experience and strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and change-order requests Estimate project needs including materials, engineering, software, and subcontractor labor Provide design/build input and value engineering insights Manage accounts and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with internal teams including engineers, programmers, project managers, and field technicians Interpret and analyze mechanical and electrical design drawings and specifications Coordinate with other construction trades on-site Travel as needed (automobile required; occasional air travel possible) Conduct site visits and equipment inspections in various physical environments (rooftops, mezzanines, above ceilings) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field Relevant coursework in sales management, marketing, or business development is a plus Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the building automation or temperature control industry Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Solid understanding of mechanical/electrical drawings and systems If you are interested, please send your resume to [please apply online] CESDH
