We support fabricators, designers, architects, and contractors with a curated selection of premium slabs and a seamless purchasing experience. Our business is built on relationships, quality, and a commitment to excellence in the stone industry. We are growing and seeking passionate Outside Sales Representatives with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset to expand our presence and support new and existing clients. Position

Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients in your territory, promoting our products, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with stone fabricators, designers, contractors, and builders , offering tailored solutions and building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the stone surfaces industry.
• Build and manage strong relationships with fabricators, architects, designers, and contractors.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote our marble, granite, quartz , and other surface materials.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable materials and solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a professional and consultative sales approach.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors in the natural and engineered stone segment.
• Maintain updated records in CRM, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outside sales , preferably in the stone industry or related fields such as construction materials, interior design, or surfaces distribution.
• Knowledge of marble, granite, quartz, quartzite, porcelain , or similar products is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative and client-focused mindset.
• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools for sales tracking and communication.
• Existing network in the stone, fabrication, or design industry is a major advantage.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory. What We Offer
