Sales Support Full-time | Vernon, California 90058 * *Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Support team member to assist with managing lighting packages, customer emails, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks. * *Key Responsibilities: * Verify lighting packages and plans to ensure accuracy. * Assist with responding to customer technical inquiries via email. * Help sales staff with daily tasks, including email correspondence and administrative duties. * Prepare and send quotes for sales staff. * Monitor sales activities and update the sales team on progress, including pending orders, quotes, and customer follow-ups. * Track and follow up on orders and quotes to ensure timely processing. * Generate basic reports for the sales team. * Help sales staff with product information and research. * Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales support and customer service. * Ability to work with spreadsheets or quoting software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems). * Strong attention to detail skills to ensure accuracy in pricing and product specifications. * Familiarity with product catalogs or databases to quickly find information. * Problem-solving skills to handle special pricing requests or custom quotes. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
