Business Development Manager We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager(Hunter)with the below criteria who has developed a successful career from direct selling and who has a demonstrable track record of delivering against revenue targets through their innovative sales skills. Main responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in Sales- Business Development of Professional Services, Client Relationship Management
- Experience working with OEMS like Pega, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Cloud Solutions(AWS/Azure/GCP)
- 3+ years selling technology Solutions, preferably cloud, hosted, and managed services in the Boutique Consulting industry
- Experience with system integration, project modernization, or application cloud migration is highly desirable
- Strong business acumen, build relationships, and provide strong leadership internally and with Customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
