Business Development Manager We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager(Hunter)with the below criteria who has developed a successful career from direct selling and who has a demonstrable track record of delivering against revenue targets through their innovative sales skills. Main responsibilities: * Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers * Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Reach out to customer leads through cold calling * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule * Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments * Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports * Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. * Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Experience: * 8-10 years of experience in Sales- Business Development of Professional Services, Client Relationship Management * Experience working with OEMS like Pega, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Cloud Solutions(AWS/Azure/GCP) * 3+ years selling technology Solutions, preferably cloud, hosted, and managed services in the Boutique Consulting industry * Experience with system integration, project modernization, or application cloud migration is highly desirable * Strong business acumen, build relationships, and provide strong leadership internally and with Customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charlotte, NC 28202Prutech Solutions, Inc
