The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for selling and servicing products in the candy and snacks categories. This individual actively seeks new sales opportunities and collaborates with decision-makers to implement effective selling strategies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to influence key decision-makers. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * High School Diploma or GED required. * Previous retail sales experience preferred. * Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and tablet applications.
