With a newly opened showroom in the heart of the Miami Design District, ENNE Furniture is looking for a driven and passionate senior sales associate to join our growing and dynamic team. Job Description: * This is a full-time position that combines outside and inside sales with 70% of the time dedicated for inside showroom sales and 30% dedicated to outside sales calls. * Drive sales to meet and exceed sales goals by up-selling and cross selling our products. * Prospect, grow and build relationships with design and trade professionals. * Educate our clients on ENNE Furniture and our products and offerings. * Own all phases of the sales process from initial contact through delivery satisfaction. * Stay up to date on ENNE Furniture's product releases and interior design trends * Keep the showroom visually maintained and organized. * Assist clients with product selection by providing product knowledge and expertise. * Keep samples up to date and organized. * Provide leadership team with weekly updates on the sales process and pipeline. * Ensure compliance with the company policies and showroom procedures. * Become proficient with ENNE Furniture's order entry and systems. Position Requirements * 5+ years sales experience in high end industries. * Experience in high end home furnishings, home building products, or other interior design products. * Bachelor's degree in interior design or equivalent experience preferred. * Must speak and write English and Spanish fluently * AutoCAD is a plus * Keen eye for design and understanding of space planning. * Results oriented both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. * Requires an independent, proactive and self-motivated person who will offer exceptional service to our clients. * Excellent in written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. * Great organization skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. * Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
