About the Role We're looking for a sharp, personable, and highly organized Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming first voice of our company. You'll be responsible for handling all inbound calls, assisting potential customers with information about our services, and scheduling estimate appointments with professionalism and warmth. This is more than just answering phones -- you'll play a key role in shaping first impressions, educating customers, and reinforcing the trust that sets us apart in the industry. Responsibilities * Answer all inbound calls and web inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and brand consistency. * Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and clearly explain our services. * Schedule estimate appointments and coordinate calendars with the sales and operations teams. * Accurately enter and manage customer information using our CRM tools (HubSpot, JobNimbus, ServiceTitan, and Sales). * Represent our brand with clarity, confidence, and professionalism in every interaction. * Provide light front-desk and administrative support as needed to keep the office running smoothly. What You Bring to the Table * 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role. * 2+ years of experience in home services (roofing, construction, HVAC, exteriors, etc.) preferred. * Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly voice. * Excellent writing and organizational abilities. * Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools and digital systems. * A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset. * Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
