Full description of the position
Service BDC / Cashier / Loaner Agent Seeking an outgoing and friendly personality to work in our Service BDC/Cashier/Loaner Department. Spanish speaking is a plus! Duties include the following: Answer incoming phone calls to Service Department. Schedule appointments for customers. Process Repair Orders for Service Dept and collect payments. Make outbound calls to insure customer satisfaction. Process contracts for Loaner Fleet. We will train you in all aspects of the position.David Stanley Chevrolet
