Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate products through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain an organized sales floor by stocking merchandise, ensuring products are displayed attractively, and managing inventory levels.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the shopping experience.
• Utilize retail math to assist customers with pricing inquiries and provide accurate information on promotions or discounts.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in training new staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is essential for efficient transaction processing.
• Basic knowledge of retail math to assist in pricing and inventory management tasks.
