Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, pricing, and property availability. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. * Prepare and present property listings with accurate descriptions and appealing marketing materials. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance. * Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including paperwork and documentation. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. * Utilize technology and social media platforms for marketing properties effectively.
