Description: JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares, reviews and approves all sales invoices
• Works closely with Rental and Service Departments
• Provides support to Asset Manager as needed (title work, cost sheets, etc.)
• Maintain current call list
• Supports efforts with social media and acts as a representative to trade shows, etc. as needed
• Works to establish new accounts and increase sales growth
• Assists with coordination of outside sales efforts for all territories and sales representatives
• Motivates, encourages, and provides leadership to sales team
• Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment to meet their needs
• Attends weekly production meetings and facilitates sales meetings as needed
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations
• Maintains accurate expense records
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

:

• 2 - 3 years of experience sales
• Experience with Heavy Equipment sales a plus
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of company's markets, clients, products and services and those of competitors
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Must pass a criminal background and drug test
• Must also submit to random drug tests during employment
