As we continue to expand, we're looking for motivated and driven Sales Representatives to join our team and help us grow our customer base. Job Description: We're looking for a responsible, outgoing, and self- motivated individual to represent our THC-A distribution services. This role is ideal for someone who understands the culture, is familiar with THC-A products, and is ready to take control of their income with a commission-based sales model. Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with retailers and customers. * Present and promote our product line to potential clients. * Attend local events, dispensaries, or smoke shops to generate leads * Follow up on leads and close sales. * Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with trends in the THC-A space. * Represent the brand professionally and respectfully at all times. Requirements: * Must be 21+ years old * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule * Self-starter with the drive to succeed * Experience with THC-A products (personal or professional) is a big plus * Previous sales or retail experience preferred, but not required Compensation: * Commission-based: Earn 10% commission on all sales * Performance-based bonuses available * Uncapped earning potential * Room for growth within the company Why Join Us?
