Eyewear Sales and Receptionist We're seeking a motivated and outgoing team member to join our office in a fun, professional setting. This is a full-time position with approximately 32 hours per week, offering a consistent weekday schedule and no weekends or late nights--plus a half-day every Friday for a great work-life balance. If you have strong sales skills, enjoy helping people, and know how to drive results by recommending premium products, we'll train you on the optical side! Key Responsibilities: * Help customers select eyewear that fits their style, budget, and vision needs * Drive add-on sales by highlighting lens enhancements, coatings, and accessories * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals * Educate customers on frame and lens features to support confident purchasing decisions * Provide personalized, attentive service and follow up on open orders or customer concerns * Verify insurance benefits and submit insurance claims for eyewear purchases * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor * Support inventory management, including restocking and communicating with vendors * Learn and assist with basic frame adjustments, repairs, and lens verification * Help with light front desk duties such as appointment scheduling, patient check-in, and pretesting patients as needed How to Apply: Please send your resume and a short cover letter for consideration.
