Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Part-Time Internet BDC Agent! Compensation: * Hourly + commission with earning potential of $40k+/year plus advancement opportunities. What you will do: * Assist customers with vehicle selection online and over the phone. * Answering customer calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner. * Assisting product specialists with setting, confirming and rescheduling appointments. * Data mining to increase appointments and sales. * Assisting internet team members with follow up processes. * Building relationships for long term customer retention. * Maintain the dealership reputation by maintaining professional and knowledgeable communication with customers. * Maintaining interdepartmental relationships to more efficiently meet customer needs. * Following structured and consistent processes. Qualifications we PREFER: * BA/BS degree- not required. * Positive attitude. * Outgoing, energetic personality. * Self-motivation. * Multi-tasking. * Strong communication skills. * Excellent computer skills. * Good organizational habits. * Creativity. * Great attention to detail. * Influencing skills with team members and customers. * Function efficiently in fast paced environment.
