Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Monitor and coach client advisors to reach sales goals and consistently improve performance across the board.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management software (Vin Solutions) to create, maintain and measure the Internet Business processes and growth.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to set and confirm appointments consistently and professionally, following up on no show customers.
• Ensure we are meeting all OEM compliance and performance standards for customer satisfaction index (CSI)
• Partner with Sales Management Team to provide near-real-time quotes to customer inquiries.
• Develops or employs in-depth knowledge of dealership products and services.
• Provides feedback to management on the dealership's internet sales activity.

Requirements

Included but are not limited to:

• 2 years of experience in the retail automotive industry
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills and Comfortable with large phone call volume and email volume
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
• Action-oriented and results-driven committed to continuous improvement.
