Braman Miami is actively looking to add an experienced Automotive Internet SALES Manager to our growing team! Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: * Monitor and coach client advisors to reach sales goals and consistently improve performance across the board. * Utilize Customer Relationship Management software (Vin Solutions) to create, maintain and measure the Internet Business processes and growth. * Communicate with customers via phone and email to set and confirm appointments consistently and professionally, following up on no show customers. * Ensure we are meeting all OEM compliance and performance standards for customer satisfaction index (CSI) * Partner with Sales Management Team to provide near-real-time quotes to customer inquiries. * Develops or employs in-depth knowledge of dealership products and services. * Provides feedback to management on the dealership's internet sales activity. Requirements Included but are not limited to: * 2 years of experience in the retail automotive industry * Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills and Comfortable with large phone call volume and email volume * Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages. * Action-oriented and results-driven committed to continuous improvement. * Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
