Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key to driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Supervise junior staff when required, providing guidance and support in their roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
