Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.78. The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit . * Generous bonus plans * Health insurance * 401K Plan * Paid time off and vacation * Growth opportunities Responsibilities * Provide a quality customer service experience to our valued customers * Work with customers to determine their needs and wants in their next vehicle purchase * Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles and technology * Responsible for the meet and greet, presentation, test drive, and write up portion of the sales experience * Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads * Achieves individual sales and customer service goals * You will be exposed to training operations and you will have the opportunity to grow and advance your career.
