De Pasquale Companies is a leader in the professional beauty industry supplying salons and spa with exceptional product lines for their use and re- sale to clients. We are currently seeking a candidate to represent Goldwell. You must be an aggressive new account opener as well as maintain an already existing territory in Atlantic, Cumberland, Salem, and Cape May Counties, NJ. As a Sales Consultant you are a vital and direct liaison between DePasquale Salon Systems and the salons within your assigned territory. You will ultimately be fully educated to represent all aspects of our Company's concepts, programs, and the products we represent to each of your accounts, which will result in the development of a profitable territory. What we need from you: Dedicated, motivated, goal-driven attitude Sales experience in the beauty industry desirable, but not required Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and successfully with customers Ability to build enduring relationships and gain trust with existing and new customers Driver's License and reliable transportation Laptop, IPAD or Tablet with email access and Microsoft Office Basic computer skills Compensation includes base salary, commission, and other SPIFF opportunities Our Sales Consultants enjoy a full range of benefits including; Medical, Dental Vision Insurance; Company Paid Life Insurance; Paid Time Off; Paid Holidays; Paid Sick Time as well as participation in a 401K Savings Plan with Company Match.
