Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Answer all incoming phone calls with a 90% accuracy rate, ensuring professional and friendly service.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all incoming estimate appointments via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Customer Support: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues quickly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Office Support: Provide general office support, including preparing and editing correspondence via phone and email.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in an office or sales support role.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Facebook, Yelp, and other common software.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce and communicate professionally with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
• Adaptability: Ability to learn and retain product information quickly, and adapt to evolving processes and procedures.
