Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, assessing roof conditions, and promoting our free roof inspection services. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals. * Roof Assessments: Conduct preliminary evaluations of roof conditions to identify potential damage or areas of concern. * Client Consultation: Educate homeowners and property managers about our roofing services and the benefits of a free inspection. * Sales Presentations: Present tailored roofing solutions and estimates to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns. * Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Collaboration: Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution from sale to completion. * Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, roofing materials, and best practices to provide clients with informed recommendations.
