Position Overview: Our Tampa Branch is seeking a talented and driven Architecture and Design (A&D) Business Development Manager to establish and grow relationships with architects, designers, and developers, driving business opportunities in the A&D sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a new market from the ground up while achieving financial and professional rewards. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for architecture and design, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast- paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Relationship Management: * Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, and other key decision-makers in the A&D industry. * Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners in the A&D space. 2. Business Development: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects within the architecture and design sector. * Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint in the industry. 3. Sales and Marketing: * Promote the company's products, solutions, and services to align with the needs of the A&D market. * Deliver presentations, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows and networking functions. 4. Market Intelligence: * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies. * Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for improving business strategies. 5. Collaboration and Communication: * Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and sales) to ensure alignment with A&D client needs. * Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics. Requirements: Qualifications: * Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the A&D industry. * Strong understanding of the architecture and design industry, including key players, processes, and trends. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
