Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while driving sales. You will engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage with customers and promote products. * Drive sales through proactive engagement with customers and upselling techniques. * Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately. * Supervise and assist in training new staff members to ensure adherence to company standards. * Maintain organized stock levels, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing. * Apply retail math skills to manage inventory and assist in sales forecasting. * Communicate product knowledge effectively to customers to enhance their shopping experience. Experience * Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. * Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for effective communication with customers. * Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills are necessary for transaction processing. * Experience supervising or training staff is a plus but not required. * A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse customer groups.
