Inside Sales Representative

Duties

: - Tracking and reporting the progress of multiple projects - Issuing Purchase Orders, Receiving Invoices, filling out Lien Wavers - Managing material orders and tracking and communicating delivery to customer, - Working knowledge and usage of excel, word, outlook, and adobe - Proficient knowledge in Quickbooks - Provide administrative support to sales team, assist office manager, and owners - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals - Preparing Manufacturer Submittals and Operating Manual

Requirements

: - Previous experience in inside sales preferred - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets - Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal - Motivated and driven to succeed in a sales environment If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion to work as a team, we want to hear from you!
