Are you an experienced commercial construction sales professional ready to hit the ground running? Structural Buildings of MN, Inc. has been building dreams across Minnesota and the surrounding region for 40 years. As we celebrate this major milestone, we're continuing to expand and looking for a driven, high- performing Commercial Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We design and construct a wide variety of commercial, agricultural, and residential buildings using post-frame, steel-frame, masonry, stud wall frame, SIP panel, and tilt-up concrete construction systems. Whether small-scale or large-scale, we deliver quality builds and strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

:

• Prospect, price, negotiate, and close commercial construction projects
• Manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion
• Attend site visits, evaluate project scopes, and provide professional recommendations
• Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and change orders
• Collaborate with drafting, scheduling, and construction teams to deliver exceptional builds
• Track project progress, handle issues proactively, and maintain client satisfaction What You Need:
• Proven success in commercial construction sales (5+ years)
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices
• Self-driven, independent, and ready to contribute immediately
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, laptops, smartphones, and remote collaboration
