Description: Performance Toyota Fairfield is hiring an experienced and inexperienced BDC Agent or two! If you excel in phone communication and have a friendly demeanor, we want you on our team. The BDC Agent handles customer internet leads, responds to inquiries efficiently, and schedules appointments to drive traffic to our dealership.

• $14.00 to $16.00 Per Hour Plus Commission (experience-based)
• Sales Experience Welcomed But Not Required

• Driving internet sales, assisting online customers and driving traffic to our showroom
• Engaging with potential customers via email, chat, text and phone, and video
• Respond to customers' inquiries promptly and provide recommendations
• Setting appointments based on customers' needs and availability
• Delivering positive memorable moments to our guests is a priority

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly phone etiquette
• Basic computer literacy
• Must be Internet savvy, and have exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills
• Valid driver's license with a driving record allowing you to drive customer and company vehicles
