Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and business development within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industries
• Minimum of three (3) or more years' experience
• Research, establish and manage pursuit/project strategies within the industry to generate new business
• Maintain current/previous client relationships to generate business
• Excellent presentation, relationship building, and communications skills verbal & written
• Ability to interact & communicate with clients, staff, and management
• Ability and experience developing and creating technical proposals
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creator Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, Corel, Social Media applications and/or other necessary software

Responsibilities

• Lead project research and tracking in Florida for the A2 Group, Inc.
• Track all potential leads and current pursuits in CRM database for tracking and forecasting
• Research and track performance of competitors across Florida to better understand our competition and potential partners
• Maintain library of past selections and their associated documents for future project research
• Work with Project Managers/Engineers to prepare and present go/no gos for potential future pursuits
• Lead the development of project-specific capture plans in conjunction with assigned Project Manager/Engineer for projects given a go decision ahead of advertisement
• Support the production of all LOIs/RFQs/Technical Proposals led by the Marketing Manager
• Lead interview and presentation preparation for all shortlisted pursuits
• Support the production of brochures led by the Marketing Manager
• Support the submittal of all project award submissions led by the Marketing Manager
• Lead and maintain resume and project experience updates
• Update and maintain business plan
• Attend industry networking events and conferences to maintain relationships with partners and understand current trends
• Support operations with development of teaming arrangements
• Schedule and organized debriefs for past pursuits Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing or a related field Experience:
• Business development: 3 years (Required)
