This isn't just a front desk job -- it's a sales-driven, client- focused opportunity where you'll be leading the charge in memberships, retail, and transformational experiences. What You 'll Do:

• Greet every guest and convert walk-ins into sales through tailored service recommendations.
• Sell memberships, packages, products, and supplements to every client -- with confidence and care.
• Conduct tours and consultations to showcase our service offerings.
• Manage and host workshops and group parties, creating amazing client experiences.
• Cold call and follow up with leads to drive bookings, memberships, and event participation.
• Educate customers on our wellness product lines
• Create memorable experiences that inspire loyalty and strong membership growth.
• Track, hit, and exceed personal and team sales goals.

Who You Are

:

• Proven sales experience is required -- you've crushed quotas before and you're ready to do it again.
• Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and holistic wellness is preferred -- you can speak confidently and educate customers.
• Membership or gym studio experience is preferred -- you have experience selling memberships in a wellness or fitness setting.
• You're naturally personable, driven, and energetic, with a gift for connecting and influencing people.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
• You're results-driven, but customer-focused -- you truly care about helping others feel better.
