Summary This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Sales Representative will support internal communication across departments and contribute to achieving both monthly and annual sales goals. This role also supports workplace safety and continuous improvement efforts. Essential Duties * Research and develop new business opportunities to help meet annual growth targets. * Prepare and submit quotations for parts and molds, and issue approved quotes to customers. * Maintain strong and ongoing customer relationships. * Assist in the coordination of new project launches between teams. * Support monthly and yearly sales goal achievement. * Communicate customer needs and project updates to relevant departments. * Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide updates. * Submit monthly action and summary reports as needed. * Help maintain the annual sales plan. * Identify and pursue potential new customers and market opportunities. * Update the RFQ (Request for Quote) summary file on a regular basis. * Issue feasibility reviews for new parts when applicable. * Communicate effectively with internal departments including QA, Logistics, and Production Control. * Proactively support customer satisfaction and relationship building. * Conduct customer visits and create detailed contact reports. * Support the development of sales strategies. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field, or minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. * Strong computer proficiency (Windows platform) * Excellent oral, written, and sales presentation skills (Japanese is a big plus) * Strong organizational skills and ability to meet sales goals * Ability to identify and grow new business opportunities * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application Question(s): * Do you have B2B sales experience in automotive industry? * Do you have any sales experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 manufacturers?
