The AddUp Solution Center in Cincinnati serves as a hub for innovation, offering in-house capabilities in engineering and field service to support customer needs. Role Overview: To support its growth strategy, AddUp is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join its sales team. This position will be based in Cincinnati and requires occasional travel (up to 25%) to customer sites, trade shows, and other commercial activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing new leads, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Key Responsibilities: * Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. * Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales managers for further development and closure. * Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts to generate interest. * Maintain and expand a database of prospective customers. * Develop an in-depth understanding of AddUp's product portfolio, including features, benefits, applications, and pricing structures. * Assist in drafting and managing customer contracts, including pricing and terms for parts and machines. * Represent AddUp at industry trade shows and actively seek new business opportunities. * Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to manage and organize leads, opportunities, and customer communications effectively. *Qualifications & Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. * 1-3 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. * Prior experience in additive manufacturing (AM) is highly preferred. * Strong ability to provide solution-based selling to customers. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and rapport quickly. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. * Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for business-related activities.
