Job Description

: The Hardwood Stop is looking for an outgoing, personable individual to take on the role of Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on foot for extended periods of time in a retail store environment, approaching customers to present opportunities for services and following through to scheduling in-home consultations/estimates for a team of flooring advisors. Duties

:

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor as they enter the showroom and quickly build rapport.
• Initiate conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide information about our flooring and bathroom remodel services, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Collect contact information and follow up with potential leads to schedule in-home consultations for our team of flooring advisors. Job

Requirements

:

• Available to work flex hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Minimum of one (1) year prior in-person retail sales and/or customer service with sales experience.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per day
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Proficiency in relationship building with store management and personnel.
• Comfortable working both independently and with a team.
• Enthusiasm and high level of comfort approaching strangers. Pay: $34,300-$53,800
