This is a base + commission role, paid through a W2. The agent who is hiring is an Achievement Club Winner at Farmers Insurance, so you will be in great hands! You will receive coaching and training on what it takes to become a stellar sales representative. This agency owner is driven to exceed goals every day -- and they want their team to do the same. Goals are transparent and attainable , and you'll be provided with the training, resources, tools, marketing, opportunities, and support needed to crush your goals.
