ABOUT THE JOB Are you looking to launch your career to new heights? That's great -- so are we! Our sales representatives earn anywhere from $30,000 to $70,000. This is a base + commission role, paid through a W2. The agent who is hiring is an Achievement Club Winner at Farmers Insurance, so you will be in great hands! You will receive coaching and training on what it takes to become a stellar sales representative. This agency owner is driven to exceed goals every day -- and they want their team to do the same. Goals are transparent and attainable , and you'll be provided with the training, resources, tools, marketing, opportunities, and support needed to crush your goals. We're here to support you, clear roadblocks, and help you maximize your sales -- so you can take full advantage of our bonus structures. WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Make a high volume of phone calls to provided warm leads
• Share the value of being properly protected by insurance policies
• Tell stories of insurance claims -- both successful and cautionary
• Engage in daily practices and skill-building drills
• Make a real difference by protecting people from everyday risks

• Manage and organize a sales pipeline
• Make outbound calls to qualified, warm leads
• Advise clients on potential risks and advocate for their protection
• Recommend tailored insurance coverage based on individual needs
