Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, and providing tailored solar solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires a proactive approach to outside sales and a passion for renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar market through networking and referrals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer energy needs and provide customized solar solutions.
• Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and technologies to effectively educate clients.
• Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and improving service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solar sales or energy sales is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with technical sales processes related to renewable energy products is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clientele.
• Proficient in using software tools for lead management and customer relationship management (CRM).
