Job Summary We are seeking a self-driven and customer-facing salesperson to join a company that builds relationships for future business helping customers to make the best possible decisions for their individual flooring needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities, close deals, and contribute to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. * Create own clientele to ensure ongoing collaborations. Qualifications: * Proven track record in sales (4+ years preferred). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Additional Requirements: * Willingness to work as a 1099 contractor. * Ability to travel at own expense. * Willingness to learn all aspects of the job and visit all 3 to 4 locations during training for 4 to 6 weeks. * Flexibility to move between locations as needed for retail sales. * Responsibility for building own book of business. Training and Compensation: * Initial salary to be determined. * Salary will be reduced by 25% each quarter as commissions replace salary until reaching 100% commission.
